- Proven record of translating business and technical requirements into
a detailed project plan.
- Hands-on project management and leadership experience.
- Proven record of simultaneously managing multiple projects.
- Understanding of web and distributed processing development
technologies.
- Understanding of web/application server design principals.
- Understanding of data handling, access and storage.
- Understanding of web/server based development environment management
such as code versioning, application promotion and incremental release schedules.
- Exposure to any of the following:
- Java and/or C++.
- Server side development technologies.
- Object Oriented technologies.
- Application server development - Websphere, Domino preferred.
- Relational databases.
- Cross platform experience with any of the following: NT, AS/400,
Unix, Mainframe.
- Full project life cycle development experience.

| Duties |
- Translate functional and technical requirements into project
development schedules.
- Present alternate development schedules to management based on
different resources and development environments.
- Manage the project schedule.
- Communicating both the project's cost/budget status and issues to the
client.
- Highlight areas of risk during the project life cycle and present
alternative paths of development.
- Coordinate and manage multiple development teams.
- Act as liaison between business users and upper management and the
development staff.
- Maintain a high level of expertise on the current technical trends
within the industry.
- Support the Arkay sales group and meet with prospective clients.
